    What are the UPS Delivery Options?
    UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days, depending on destination.
    UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery by the end of the third business day. For example, if you order on Monday by 4pm EST it will be delivered on Thursday.
    UPS 2 Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day. For example, If you order on Monday by 4pm EST it will be delivered on Wednesday.
    UPS Next Day Air Saver:
    Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively varies by location.
    Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day.
    UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.
    UPS Next Day® Air Early A.M.®: Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states; Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska; Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations

    How late can I order if I need something shipped today? Order by 4:00 PM eastern time. During busy periods like major holidays, (Mother's Day, Valentines Day and other busy periods) we may not be able to ship your order on the same day. The best bet is to order as far in advance as possible.

    How can I ensure that it won't arrive a day early? You would need to order Overnight Shipping.

    Redirected Packages: We do everything in our power to get your gift to its destination fresh and on time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend our guarantee when an incorrect address is given or when extreme weather conditions create a shipping delay. A $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card to redirect packages when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. We cannot extend our guarantee when incorrect addresses are given.

    Can I change the delivery address? We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address please call us at 305-868-7282 or email us at info@masterpiecebaskets.biz. Hopefully your order was not shipped and we can change the address in time.

    Local delivery information: Please place orders by 1:00 p.m. EST to ensure delivery by 6:00 p.m. It is important to order early if you are delivering to a business. For deliveries placed after 1:00 p.m. we are not able to or guarantee that the package will be there by 6:00 p.m. We will try our best.

    Do you deliver to Apartment Buildings? Yes. When placing your order, be sure the apartment number is included in the address. Any omissions or errors may delay delivery a minimum of one additional business day. As some apartment buildings are secure, and the delivery person may have to buzz the proper apartment to notify the recipient there is a delivery, the delivery policy to "secure" apartment buildings in general is that there must be someone at the apartment to successfully complete delivery. Delivery to regular apartment buildings in most cases will be left at the apartment office if the recipient is not at home.

    Hospital Deliveries or Shipping: It is recommended to wait until the patient returns home if possible since it is not unusual for gifts to be lost within the hospital or to arrive after the patient checks out.

    Can UPS deliver to a PO Box? No. We must have a street address.

    International Ordering: At this time we do not ship outside the United States. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

    How can I be sure that my order went through? After placing an order, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

    How can I ship to multiple locations? We do not offer the option of shipping one item to multiple locations. You can either call to place an order to multiple locations or register with the web site and place each order separately.

  • Can I return an item ordered from Masterpiece Baskets? Unfortunately, because our products are perishable food items, once they leave our facility we cannot accept returns. We recommend shipping to a work address during the work week so that there is someone to receive it. If you prefer home delivery, please be sure that a person will be home to receive it or we will be forced to leave it at your own risk. Also, based on our best judgment, orders that are placed towards the end of the week may be held until the following Monday, to avoid loss of freshness due to weekends.

    Custom corporate: Yes, we can create a special basket for your company with a company logo or anything you request. Please allow 4-6 weeks for samples and proofing, then another 6 weeks for shipping. Yes, this is a long process so please do this in advance if your company will need custom packaging.

    Custom events or other: Yes, we can create a custom design for you or your event with your personal touch or to match any theme. Please allow 4-6 weeks for design, samples, and proofing and another 6 weeks for shipping. Yes, this is a long process so please do this in advance if your company would like custom packaging.

    Can I use your basket as a centerpiece and order it in smaller versions as party favors? Yes. Because we already have a design, a sample is not needed. Please allow 2 weeks to discuss prices and dimensions and 6 weeks to have it at your home.
